Well actually it was the first and only baked apple I have ever had. It was freakin amazing! My friend Ashleigh and I made them right before we had a pumpkin carving party it was perfect! So good Amy...in fact while I was shopping a couple of random people and I had a conversation about what we were making, they told me they wanted this recipe and I referred them to your blog...well a few days later they came back into my store and said that they loved your blog and they were going to try a few different things that were on your blog not just your apples! :) Well anyways I thought you should know that your fan base is growing! Love you Amy!

P.S. I added a tablespoon of pumpkin to the mix used a little brown sugar and substituted the oats for organic vanilla almond granola that I got in the bulk section because we were out of oats! (I didn't know that it was possible to be out of oats) But it was out of this world! Thank you for the best idea of the season thus far!

P.S.S. Remember Apple Hill? This reminds me of that and that I have not been since I was a little kid!Ryannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6802289894275498350.post-26418157339104984942010-10-21T14:24:23.000-05:002010-10-21T14:24:23.000-05:00Ummm, Im thinkin' that I am thankful for maple...Ummm, Im thinkin' that I am thankful for maple and ginger baked apples!
